 I have another pendant like this on Ebay.  This is a nice 14k pendant.  It is marked 14K and 585. The makers mark is MA.  My wife bought it at a store here in Florissant a few years ago.  It is 1/2 inch wide and 3/4 inch long.   It is in great condition.  My postal scale weighed this item at .9 grams.  My scale is accurate on other things, but I am not sure about small items like this.  This item does not come with a box.  Free Shipping.
