Up for auction is a 2-piece girls dance cover up (velour material, very soft to the touch).  The skirt has an elastic waist and measures about 22-23 " in diameter, and about 10" in length.  The top measures about 17" from top shoulder seam to bottom (flat and unstretched).  The pictures show the front and back.  This was washed in cold water and hung to dry, not put into dryer.
