Super cute velvet flats from Gap. Has t strap across bridge of foot and buckle closure on upper part of foot. At the top of the T there is also a small bow! Very sweet for church or portraits. I can not find a size on these shoes, but in comparing them with other shoes these would be a toddler 9. Excellent condition.
