Description:

Scott # 1393D, 7c Franklin from the 1970-74 definitives, used on a bulk rate mailing tag, precancelled 'Warminister PA'.

Shipping: I ship by registered airmail, worldwide, for my cost: $3.25 plus 50c for each item in addition to the first, usually on the first business day after your payment is received, unless you request alternative shipping, such as non-registered airmail shipping for just US$1.00, or trackable but expensive EMS Post or DHL shipping (not available to some countries).
