All items are here in Australia so from purchase date to delivery date is only a few days! We offer a personal experience with a smile which You only see when you receive your items from us!

Payment

Before purchasing please be sure to read the 'Little Hoppers' terms and condition as by purchasing from us is your commitment of agreement. Please make contact with us within 3 days of auction ending to confirm payment option. Payment is then requirement strictly by 5 days after auction has ended. Non payers will be reported to Ebay!. We accept most payment options but prefer PAYPAL and Direct deposit. Bank details will be left in the checkout at the end. Please contact me if there is a problem. Payment via Echeque will incur a shipping delay due to payment clearance of up to 5 days. Items will not be sent until payment has cleared. Please leave your EBAY ID when making payment to avoid confusion. If this is not present there may be delays.

Return Policy

Refunds offered ONLY for faulty items.We DON"T refund for change of mind or the wrong size. Sizes have been given. NO refund can be made if an order is damaged,lost or stolen in transit. If you are concerned please pay a little extra cost of $2.75 for piece of mind with registered post (shipping insurance.) Return of faulty items requires the buyer to pay postage one way. We will pay the return postage back to you. By purchasing this item, you the buyer agrees to ALL of the terms and conditions. If you have a concern please email us and we will try and resolve it for you quickly.

We endeavour to post within 24-48 hours of payment clearance and confirmation. If you would like to purchase multiple items,we will create postage discounts for you. If you require immediate shipping, i require immediate payment and i will be more than happy to help you recieve your item in the quickest time possible from my end! We post ANYWHERE in Australia and internationally. International buyers please email me with you location and zip code and i will be more than happy to quote you on a postage charge.
