|
Up for bid are these Railroad Marbles origionally used to put under very heavy objects to make them move smoothly.( pre-forklift days). I have seen them for as much as 2.00 each. They are made of an Apple Green glass and are very hard to come by. The conditions are very nice to somewhat nicked up. Otherwise I am selling the entire box containing 52 marbles of various sizes..they are very crude as they were made at a New Hampshire Glass Factory in the late 1800"s. They were purchased at an estate sale in New Hampshire so I would assume they have been here since! |
