This is the sailor action figure from a Masterpiece Edition, he has the trigger finger broken on right hand, but I glued it back, seems to be holding well. There are hands available on ebay, I have seen them. He is also missing the sailor cap, but the manual, with  the insignias are there in box. Action figure will be shipped in the box with clear plastic lid you see in photo, but placed inside slightly larger box for shipment. Clothes may have some yellowing due to age, this G I Joe is about 11 or 12 years old from FOA Schwartz Masterpiece Edition. Original box is in bad shape, that is why he is being sold as is. I am also selling the History of the Legend book separately.
