If your item arrives damaged due to postal mishandling - 1) a Postal Insurance Claim will be filed - the item and it's original packaging will need to be retained for inspection by the post office for a full refund of the purchase price. 2) Insurance must be paid for this to cover the damage. 3) A damage claim report from the Post Office Master must be obtained to file the Damage Claim.
If the post office determines the damage was not their fault - no refunds will be issued as all items have been tested and are in working order prior to shipment. However, if the item is damaged do to our packing or the item is not as described a full refund will be given.
Lost in the mail is a different claim but again Insurance is required to claim the loss. |

Place a common ruler flat on the floor not carpet Put a large piece of white paper that your foot will fit on. wear socks that you would wear with boots.

Line up your heel with the edge of the ruler and trace your feet yes feet both one may be longer than the other, or have some one trace them for you trace them a cupple of times to make sure.

Measure from your heel to the tip of your big toe while standing on the surface, hard floor or tile, not a carpet. or have someone do this for you. We suggest that someone trace your foot on a white piece of paper then measure the out line this gives you an idea of width as well as length.
