SHIPPING:  I do my best to ship as quickly as possible. Your item will be shipped no later than five business days after payment (usually much sooner but I need leeway just in case).  Shipping costs include packaging, postage, handling, delivery confirmation, and in some cases buyer's portion of paypal fees.  Most items are shipped USPS under the most economical method. If expedited shipping is needed please let me know ahead of time to determine if the need can be met and shipping fees will be recalculated. Any shoes are shipped in there original box if I have it (not placed inside another box).  If you would like the shoes shipped within another box please email me ahead of time to see if I can meet the request and shipping costs will be recalculated. I do not ship international; there have been too many damaged and lost shipments.

PAYMENT: Paypal only please.  No other form accepted.  Please make sure any problems with your paypal account have been resolved before bidding. I have had buyers in the past say they are having issues with their paypal account and request to pay by other means......PAYPAL ONLY, it protects both the seller and buyers and this is why it is considered a  preferred method of payment.  Payment is due within 7 days. If you need an extension please email me before bidding. I can usually make the accommodations. After seven days an unpaid strike will be filed and the item re-listed.

RETURNS:  No returns at this time. However, if I grossly misrepresented a product please email me and I will work with you on a resolution.  If you are unsure of sizing please ask questions.  I only state sizes according to the actual labels on the garments and will not make assumptions as to whether or not I think it runs small or large.  I will try my best to post measurements for my items but if measurements are not given and you are unsure please email me.

FEEDBACK:  Feedback will be left once I have had feedback left for myself.  If there are any problems that would not grant me positive five star feedback, please email me before leaving the feedback.  I want everyone to feel satisfied with their purchase.
