7 BRITAINS vintage lead FARM SERIES HEN & CHICKS #544

DESCRIPTION

This auction is for 7 vintage lead farm series figures which were made by Britains in England c.1930's-50's. The group comprises of :- 1 white foul No.517, 5 small chicks pecking, standing and running No.544 and a small feeding bowl. They are standard 54mm scale painted lead figures.

The hen and baby chicks are in good original condition with some paint loss which is commensurate with their age but otherwise they are good and they stand and display well. A lovely little group of Britains vintage lead farm birds for your collection.........well worth a bid.
