Netherlands postal & private courier regulations.
The Dutch PO and private courier services in the Netherlands (DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex)
will not insure monetary instruments: cash, jewelry, or numismatic items. Coins and
banknotes mailed are totally at the buyer's risk. For Registered post only containing
collectibles other than coins or banknotes $45 can be claimed in the event of loss.  
In the event of loss, the Dutch PO begins tracking after 3 weeks. Results of tracking
info can take a number of weeks, depending on how distant the destination is. 

All items will be mailed from the Netherlands. Buyers in
the Netherlands can pay directly to my partner's NL bank.
Cost of post and bank info. will be supplied after item closes.

Bidders from countries and regions other than North America, Australia, New Zealand, and
the EU, are warned that there is a higher risk for loss or theft in transport to regions
other than those mentioned above. WE DO NOT SHIP AT ALL TO RUSSIA or TURKEY.
