ORIENTAL BUDDA TYPE PORCELAIN LARGE TABLE LAMP.  THE BASE IS 18" HIGH THE LIGHT IS ON A SWIVEL WHEN I BOUGHT IT AT AN ESTATE SALE THE SHADE WAS IN THE BACK AND I BELIEVE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY IT CAN GO TO LOOK IT'S BEST. THE SHADE HAS A SMALL TEAR ON THE INSIDE AND A SMALL STAIN I'M SURE IT COULD BE REPAIRED BUT NEITHER CAN BE SEEN AS ONE IS INSIDE AND THE SMALL STAIN IS IN THE BACK WHICH HAS TO GO AGAINST THE WALL TO MAKE SURE THE LAMP STAYS UPRIGHT. THE SHADE HAS A  VERY ORIENTAL TOUCH AND GOES WELL WITH THE BASE. I BOUGHT THIS LAMP AT AN ESTATE SALE IT IS VERY LARGE AND MIGHT HAVE TO BE SHIPPED IN 2 BOXES AS THE SHADE IS 15" TALL MAKING THE LAMP 33" TALL. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW OLD THE LAMP IS BUT IT LOOKED GREAT ON THE END TABLE IN THE CONDO SO I BOUGHT IT AS I FEEL IT WOULD BE GREAT FOR ANY INTERIOR.
