After you fill in your shipping information, the Kyozou checkout will take you to  PayPal’s secure website to make payment. After payment is completed PayPal will automatically send you back to our checkout system.

This is the only method that guarantees your payment will be recognized on our checkout system. At no time is the merchant providing Kyozou with any passwords or credit card information.

The winning bidder must make payment arrangements within 3 days.

Going through the Kyozou checkout will create an order for your item and is considered making arrangements for payment. Payment must be received within 7 days. If payment has not been received within 7 days of auction close, an unpaid item dispute will be opened.

Return policy

It is most important to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

We understand that when you buy a product online it may not be exactly as you expected. Therefore if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund in the same form as we have received payment, excluding the shipping and insurance charges.

If your order included the free shipping option, your refund will be less our original shipping costs.

Masse’te Jewelry is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been visibly worn, scuffed or altered in any way.

We do not accept returns for customized or special orders unless otherwise noted.

When returning an item you must contact us first. We will then send you a return authorization number, and further instructions.

Packages without an authorization number will not be accepted.

Note: Because our jewellery is handmade, items may vary slightly from the actual picture shown.

Also keep in mind that some  items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
