This is a very fine Green carnival glass paperweight 

 It was specially made, during 1978 for the ICGA (the International Carnival Glass Association).  The Paperweight features the ICGA logo,

 and the inscription Reads 

"In Appreciation; International Carnival Glass Association."

  The round bottomed weight measures approximately 3  inches in diameter, and is in

 excellent condition no chips or cracks

 INSCRIBED ON BOTTOM 1978 " DIRECTOR "
