We will NOT be held responsible for lost, damages, or mis-delivered items! If your order is returned for shipping problems – incorrect, incomplete or erroneous address, you will be notified via email. You will also be charged again to resend your item as we will need to repay postage to reship. It is your responsibility to make sure your paypal shipping address is the address you want your order shipped to as we will ship to the confirmed PAYPAL address. If you want your order shipped to another address please let us know.

Simply let us know it is a “Gift”, we will not include an invoice, and send the item directly to your special someone! And include a FREE gift card enclosure that you can add a message to! Send your ‘Gift Card Message’ to us along with your print and shipping info. All gift cards are business size cards, and are generic so they can be used for any occasion!
Processing / Delivery Time
**All personalized orders are processed and mailed out within 2-5 days after receipt of payment, or clearance of e-check, and printing information.
Please allow an additional 4-7 days for your order to arrive. Longer for International orders.
Remember, each order is considered custom and takes time to process so we may guarantee the quality of our work. Please order accordingly, so that you receive your personalized items in time. I CANNOT guarantee delivery dates, as these are personalized and take time set up and process.

Returns – Refunds – Damages - Cancellations

Returns/Refunds - Due to the personal nature of the items we do not accept returns, In some RARE instances we will issue a refund/credit for the purchase price of the item.
Damages/Misprints - In the event of receiving a damaged item I will reprint and reship your order ASAP. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt. We mark our items DO NOT BEND both front and back. Damages do NOT include your postal delivery person folding or bending the item! I cannot provide an exchange under any circumstance (neither before or after shipping)..
After you receive your order, please notify us right away of any errors! If it is my error, I will gladly reprint and resend another order immediately, free of charge!
Please do not send back the incorrect items!
If it is not my error, I will gladly reprint your order, but you will be charged again.
Cancellations - ANY and ALL cancelled orders, be it a mistake on your part in bidding, or changing your mind after payment, will incur a 15% “restocking” fee to cover our ebay and paypal fees. Remember, the second you place a bid/purchase we incur fees based on the sale. NO orders will be ‘cancelled’ before payment. And refunds for cancellations will be less 15%, not including shipping fees. All items will be marked PAID and good feedback will be left for all cancelled orders if paid, less the 15%. Any cancelled UNPAID orders will incur a Non Paid Bidder filing so we may receive our fees back.

Due to the rising number of orders we are processing daily, we ask that you please send ALL information needed to complete your order at the time of your order, either in your paypal NOTES TO SELLER box, through your ebay message center, in a seperate email. If you do not provide ALL the info we need to process your order it will delay your order, and I reserve the right to print your confirmed paypal address on your labels if we are unable to contact you or you do not respond to our emails. Also, if this is a multi image listing and you do not choose an image # we will choose for you!
