Due to their fragility, all pieces are professionally packed and shipped (insurance and handling are included in shipping).  All purchases are carefully packed and shipped within 3 days of payment.  I take utmost care to pack all of my sold items.  I used lots of peanuts, bubble wraps and cotton padding to ensure your item's safe arrival and those materials are not cheap.  I don't use newspapers or recycled packing materials except for the box.  Should they arrive with any damage it will be the buyers responsibility to file any insurance claims with the carrier.  Seller assumes no responsibility for damage in transit.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!  I DO NOT offer refunds unless I have misrepresented or not accurately described an item.  All items are sold AS IS.   We will not refund for lost, stolen or broken item during mail transit and we will not refund to buyers who change their minds.

In event of the refund, you must contact us within 3 days after receipt of item for a refund.  All returns must be pre-approved and returned promptly in the original box with original shipping label and all packing materials.  Only the purchase price will be refunded.  Shipping cost in either direction is NON-refundable.

Please be sure to read listing completely, review all photos and ask questions before bidding.  PLEASE, DO NOT BID if you consider this to be unreasonable!!

Under the new e-Bay feedback rating system, sellers are now rated by buyers on shipping charges - I understand some sellers inflate and gouge you with shipping charge, I am not one of them!  If you feel that the shipping fee is too high, Please take a look at the actual cost of my shipping when you receive the item before you rate the shipping fee.  Most people do not realize how expensive it is to ship product and shipping rates have risen!   I want to make you aware that I do not have control over the cost of shipping.  USPS or Fed Ex set the rates.  Most of time, I loose or break even on shipping fee without any shipping materials cost that I paid for.  Shipping is based on weight, size of box and zip codes.  I am from Southern California so, further you live from me the more it will cost to ship.  You may be able to buy the same item from another seller who lives close to you.  I am just selling my own or my family’s collection and I can’t afford to lose money every time I make a trip to the post office.
