I'm assuming it was like a salesmen sample..

Each section is numbered, there are 12 sections.

Full time Advertising Impact for 1957

Shows pictures of Daytime TV stars.

Billfold is stamped "Genuine Leather" and
"Passes & Photos" in gold. 

Approx. 4" x 2.5", in black with gold reinforcement and snap.

It's in very good condition, 
has been tucked away for some 50 years.

Unusual piece of early advertising!
