This Snowbaby pin is from Winter Celebration 1998.  It features a 1 3/4 inch Snowbaby blowing a horn.  It has a clasp on the back to pin to clothes, stockings, or whatever you want.  The box is marked "1998 Bisque Friendship Pin"

This item is in excellent condition:  No chips, stains, marks, cracks.
 

Snowbabies, by Dept 56, are delightful small figurines.  They are made of unglazed creamy white bisque with hand painted accents.  The title of the item tells the story of the piece, usually portraying young children playing in snowsuits.   Some feature arctic animals which are their friends or evergreen trees.   They live in a magical place called Frosty Frolic Land.  Snowbabies  make a beautiful collection displayed during the winter holidays or as a gift to recognize memorable events, love, family and friendship.  They are also a wonderful gift for new parents.
