It crunches! It jingles! This adorable caterpillar is made especially for newborns as a baby's vision is not yet fully developed at birth. At approximately 6 months of age, baby will respond best to bold, contrasting colors and graphics of black, red, and white. These high contrast colors will hold baby's attention as well as the toy's various sound and textures used to stimulate baby's sense of sight, sound, smell, touch and taste. Toy is even machine washable! The caterpillar is new in the box, however, the box was cut open and has been retaped, but is not very noticeable. Thanks for looking!!
