Our return policy is based on the notion that every RMA will be placed into one of three categories: seller fault, buyer fault, or fault undetermined. Its very simple. If we made an error, youll be able to exchange the product at our expense—youre not responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the cause of the return is "buyer fault," the product is returned or exchanged at your expense. And if there isnt enough information to determine fault, well share shipping expenses for the exchange. A restocking + shipping fee is only necessary when the RMA falls into the buyer fault category, and the customer may waive mandatory exchange requirements at any time by returning under "buyer fault."
