Item Description

This is a brand new Webkinz Virtual Pet Googles by Ganz.  This item comes with the online gaming code making the pet interactive by the owner online.  Children can discover a world of online fun as they play games and learn to take care of their new virtual pet.  Not intended for children under 3 years of age.

Shipping Policy

International customers should check with their local customs office to determine if there are any duties, taxes, fees, or other charges for importing an item.  The buyer is solely responsible for researching and paying for these additional fees. 

If free shipping is offered, it NEVER applies to any item traveling to either Alaska or outside the continental United States.  In cases such as this, you must either use the shipping calculator or ask for a quote.

You are always welcome to pick up the item at our store location during normal business hours.

We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping to FedEx at no additional charge to you.

Items to Large For Standard Shipping:

Delivery and installation is available for an additional cost.  We service the Ashland, Ohio area.  You may call or email for an estimate for either delivery and/or installation.  We will not deliver beyond 40 miles of Ashland, OH. 

Freight shipping is also available for an additional cost.  We use FedEx Freight or FedEx National LTL.  You may call or email for an estimate of the shipping cost.

Acceptable Payment

International customers are required to use PayPal; no other form of payment will be accepted.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment. 

Local customers are always welcome to pay in person by cash or check at our Ashland, Ohio location. 

Items purchased using personal checks must clear before the item will be shipped.  The buyer will be assessed a $30 NSF charge for any check that is returned by the bank.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 7 DAY OF THE LISTING CLOSE.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, we do not accept returns for merchandise. 

All items are shipped insured.  If there is an issue of damage during the shipping process, claims can be made by contacting the appropriate shipping service.  If you are unsure how your item was shipped, need the tracking information, value of the item or any other information, please contact us either by email or phone.

Warranties

Unless otherwise stated, these items are being sold AS IS with no warranty.  If an item is sold as new and the item is warranted by the manufacturer, you the buyer must seek service through the manufacturer’s service network.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer for any details regarding warranty information or service.
