We do not have media mail here. We ship Canada/US only for books. We are not responsible for delays at customs etc. Buyer pays any customs fees, brokerage etc. associated with purchase. We will combine shipping to give you the best price that is available if you buy multiple items or lots. It generally adds very little. Media mail does not exist in Canada. We take great care with products in packing, but we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items by the post office, but will file claims on your behalf if necessary.
