There is NO refund for Hats. The Reason being, Hygiene.

There must be a Factory Defect for me to even consider it.

100 % will be returned for any other items. Postage for returns are paid by the buyer.

Everything will ship First Class unless you are in a rush, and ALWAYS Priority if the orders are over 13 oz.
I offer a combined item shipping discount on all my auctions.
I charge only BY THE OUNCE AND NOT PER ITEM.
For the Jewelry list ONLY, there will be a handling charge of .$50 per invoice NOT ITEM.
I send an invoice after each item is won or bought, and a FINAL ONE WITH THE TOTAL AND ADJUSTED SHIPPING RATES AT AUCTION END.

I am shipping ONLY to Canada  and Australia!
Please do not ask me to make exceptions. International Shipping Rules have changed in many countries,and I just have no time to read all the restrictions per country.
I ship by First Class International. By far it's the best way for you.Please use the shipping calculator to get an idea of what your shipping rate may be.
There is no way to track an international package that is shipped by First Class Mail
It also takes a while to receive your items.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
