Eligible products: Mobile phones, Compact cameras, and Compact camcorders. We have the final right to decide which products are eligible.

We will be responsible for all repair and inspection costs if the product is determined to be faulty (manufacturing fault). We will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to you.

If we’re unable to repair the faulty product, then we will either provide you with a brand new replacement or a refund of the original product price.

The repair process may take up to 30 business days.

The warranty period is 1 year. It starts from the date it is shown as “delivered” according to the courier. To be covered, you must report the fault to us within 1 year.
