This is in good condition both cosmetically and operationally with one exception.  The rear arm turns, but it turns very slowly.  I removed the cover(shown in pictures).  The belt is loose.  There is an adjustment, but I don't have the small tools to adjust.  I'm not fully sure the repair, whether it needs a belt or an adjustment.  It comes from a local business that is changing locations and is getting rid of equipment no longer used.  

The bulbs in the machine are nice and bright.

It also comes with a padded cover.
