SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all our products WORLDWIDE. Please email us for shipping cost to your country if not specified in the listing. All orders will be shipped to the address provided to us by Ebay, Paypal or Paisapay. For any changes in the shipping address please let us know as soon as you make payments. We try to ship all orders the next day of payment clearance.
CUSTOM’S DUTY, QUARANTINE CHARGES OR ANY OTHER LIKE CHARGES ARISING IN BUYER’S COUNTRY, IF ANY, ARE TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER ITSELF. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CHARGES OUTSIDE INDIA.
National Shipping:
Within India we ship all our orders through local courier services.
International Shipping:
For most of our items we offer two types of international shipping services to our customers:
1) Through registered postal services.
2) Through Courier Services like DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc. Please send your contact/telephone number if you choose courier services as shipping methods.
Rates for both shipping services are mentioned in the listing itself, you may choose from the two while making payments.
Combined Shipping Discount:-
We love to combine ship. We only apply shipping discount if you pay all items in one combined invoice. Ask for your discounted combined invoice before making any payment. We do not give discount if you pay separately or already paid before we sent you a combined invoice. We reserve all the right to determine the discount and combined shipment availability.

All items are duly pack with bubble sheet / corrugated sheet and laminated envelope or corrugated box to reach safely. Export Packing will be done.
Money Back Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read our Return Policy. To qualify for Money Back offer, you have to meet the following terms:
1.)IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED WITH WHAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN PROCESS YOUR RETURN FOR MONEY BACK, LESS SHIPPING AND 20% RESTOCKING FEES.
2.) The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product at your end and It should not be altered or tampered or used and should be in original packaging.
3.) Buyer has to bear all expenses for returning. Please ensure that you send the product back though a reliable courier/shipping Company.
4.) Payment must be received within 10 days from end of auction.
5.) All our products are handmade which undergo tight inspection schedules through many experienced artisans and we do not accept devialtion in workmanships. We try to give you the best quality, but 100% similarity of two pieces of same item / design is not possible as these items are all hand made, specially in case of carved figures and sculptures. The customer must accept 5 – 10% deviation from the actual picture shown.

Order on demand / Customized items:-
Having a team of expert artisans, we also entertain customized items as per specific designs given by the customer for wooden carvings. We require at least 15 days production time for customized items of fine wood Carvings.
