This is a very nice Luba (or perhaps Hemba), I think, scepter.  It is about 17" tall and is mounted on a small piece of marble.  It is very well carved and in perfect condition.  It has nice age patina.  I am a private collector and have now retired and am selling off a number of pieces in my collection.  Over the next 2 weeks, I will be listing at least 100 items, so please keep checking.  I include a couple of dollars in my shipping cost to cover peanuts, bubble wrap, box, etc.
