All fish are quarantined, professionally packed, oxygenated.
Live arrival is Guaranteed.
Fish are shipped via next day air or next day ground depending on your proximity to our location in Hogansville, Georgia.
Shipping and handling costs vary depending on the size and amount of fish shipped.
We will ship on the following Monday after the bidding is over.
Unless that Monday is a holiday in which it will be shipped on the next business day. We will gladly hold your Koi for up to 3 weeks if you would like to combine shipping on winning auctions or pick up.
If you would like to receive you Koi on a certain day please specify which day in the notes section when paying your invoice.
Local pick up is available by appointment only.
If you have questions pertaining to shipping and handling be sure to e-mail us with your zip code for a shipping quote BEFORE bidding.
No refunds on fish, unless case of "Dead on Arrival" then a picture must be taken of the fish with the tail cut off and e-mailed to us within 2 hours of arrival. Then a refund will be given minus shipping costs.Credit for another fish may be an option.
All winning bids must be paid before the fish is shipped.
