Payments: You can pay quickly and securely through Paypal. Payment is expected within "7" Day's after close of auction, I expect you to contact me if there is a problem. Thank-you!
Shipping and Packing: Seller (us) shall pack the piece(s) of Item and ship them to the address specified by buyer. I will pack and ship only to the address recorded by Ebay/Paypal, unless agreed upon prior to close of the auction. The piece(s) of Item should be packed so as to protect them during shipment.
Freight and Transportation: Unless otherwise stated for a particular piece of item, the buyer is responsible for the costs associated with all freight, shipping, handling and other costs related to transporting the Item from the seller's location. The item will be shipped on same day or next day as soon as we receive the payment.
Please note: We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. If you need a quicker shipping service option please contact us before bidding.
INSURANCE: All insurance will cover your shipment for the full amount of your item against lost, stolen or damaged items during delivery.
COMBINED SHIPPING: If you win more then one Auction on our items, we gladly combine items so you can save on Shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I welcome international shipping. I will determine international shipping at auction's end. Also, please be aware that by law I must fill out a United States customs form and attach it to your package, On that form I will mark the value of the item using the final sale price as this value, not including shipping and handling charges. Thank-you!
Customs Clearance: You will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and Customs costs. The WCO World Customs Organization has a list of international Customs websites where you can learn more about Customs costs. The consignment will be delivered to the buyer at his/her doorstep by the Carrier, after all customs formalities have been completed. The Carrier will be responsible for the clearance of the shipment from Customs.
Ownership Transfer: The Item shall be and remain the risk of the seller until it is shipped to the buyer, and thereafter the risk shall shift to the buyer.
RETURN POLICY: Unless otherwise stated for a particular piece of item, you may return a piece within seven days of your receipt of it (we will use the delivery confirmation date) provided the item is returned in the original new condition, unopened and undamaged. No returns will be accepted after this seven day period has expired. Any returned item is to be shipped directly to us. If we have shipped the wrong item please contact us first for instructions. We are not responsible for mistakes by the Post Office.

Item Damaged in Transit
Please note: Uninsured Items are not entitled for full refunds.
We are not liable for any damage your uninsured items may receive while in transit to you (“The Buyer”). Any items damaged in transit will have to be notified to us immediately for instructions and returned to us for inspection before any possible refund.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued when the proper return policy is followed if the returned piece has not been altered and is returned during the proper period. Return shipping charges, initial shipping charges including Handling charges, insurance charges will not be reimbursed. Please allow for 30 days from the time we receive the item back for the refund to be issued.
