Payments Accepted:
We accept Paypal (Which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.) We will only ship to a confirmed address.

Shipping Information:
We will process your order within 2 business days.

We will ship anywhere in the United States, however locations in Puerto Rico, The US Virgin Islands, Guam, Alaska and Hawaii require additional fees. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

We will not ship to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. Boxes.

We recommend insurance on all items. Most large items under $100 are fully insured at no additional charge to you.

Small items ship UPS or Fed Ex. Large items usually ship freight carrier to insure safe arrival. Please note that extra shipping fees may apply in some remote areas. Please contact us to verify shipping prices. Shipping is curbside, however in most cases if someone is willing and capable to help the driver, the driver "usually" is willing to help put the item where needed. Pick-Up:
Items can be picked up 2-5 days after auction ends due to shipping from our warehouse (shipping fees "may" still apply for some items, most items can be picked up with no fee. Please contact us for more information).

Delivery:
We will generally contact you with tracking information so you can know your expected arrival date. Items usually arrive within 5-7 business days after processing of order.

Returns:
If an item arrives with noticeable external damage, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Internal inspection MUST be done while the driver is present. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS INTERNAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE. We do come across defective items from time to time. All defective items will be handled through the manufacturer. We will work with our clients and manufacturers to insure the item will be working. Non-defective returns are accepted, however there is a 25% restocking fee and return shipping is at the buyers expense. Everything must be returned in the original packaging or a return can not be processed.
