THE ITEMS  EXTERIOR CASING HAS BEEN CRACKED IN SEVERL PLACES. THE ANTENNA IS MISSING BUT ALL THE BUTTONS ARE THERE. (*i will upload pics shortly*)THIS ITEM IS BEING SOLD AS IS FOR PARTS ONLY   THE ITEM WILL ONLY COMES WITH THE OUTLET CHARGER. THAT IS ALL NO DOCK NO NOTHING ALL WAS LOST. THERE IS ALSO A ERROR SCREEN WHEN THE ITEM IS STARTED UP STATING WINDOW MUST BE REINSTALLED. BUT THERE IS NO DVD DRIVE ON THIS THING I DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX AND HAD A WHILE SO, MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN.
