Selling Disclaimer:

·        I apologize in advance for the shipping fees.  Shipping has gotten expensive.  It is completely out of my hands.

·        I will combine shipping, no problem.  Let me know what else you’re looking at, and I can give you a quote on total shipping. 

·        If you win more than one item, please let me send you an invoice before payment.  This allows me to combine the shipping, and save you a little $.

·        I will gladly sell to international bidders, however, if you are an international bidder, please understand that the flat rate shipping I have listed WILL NOT apply to you.  Your fees will be higher.  I cannot control this.  Please feel free to send me a message for a quote.

·        Insurance is always available, but not required,   If you opt not to ask for insurance, I assume no responsibility once I leave the post office.  If the item is damaged or lost in the mail, no refunds will be given.  An e-mailed scan of the postage receipt will be sent to you as evidence of shipment upon request.  Check USPS’ website for further details of what is and is not covered.  There are occasions I require insurance.  If this is the case, I have it “pre-loaded” into the shipment cost.  If you desire insurance, please message me before payment, and I’ll resubmit your invoice with the insurance cost on it.

·        I expect payment to be received within 1 week of the end of auction.  If there are extenuating circumstances, I can be flexible, but I need communication.  If I do not hear from you, and payment does not show up within 7 days, I will file a non paying bidder complaint.

·        Sales are final, no refunds will be given.  (This is not hard and fast.  If you feel the item was grossly misrepresented, talk to me.  You’d be surprised how easy going I can be if you are reasonable too.)

·        Items are sold as is.  The caveat is this:  I may not know all the things to declare on an auction, how to grade antiques, what cords go with what, etc.  I’ll put what information out there I can think of, but if you have any question, you must ask.  I’ll happily and honestly answer any question you ask, but I cannot answer the questions you don’t ask.  Questions may not be answered in the last hour or so of the auction, so ask your questions early.

·        Remember, according to eBay rules, bidding is a binding contract, and you are obligated to buy what you win.  If you are not serious, do not bid.  Also, do not bid unless you are completely satisfied with what you know.  See the above point.  If you have questions, ask them early, and wait for answers before you bid.

·        I ship USPS.  As such, they do not provide me with a tracking number, so don’t ask for one. (Except when I print labels through paypal, they provide them, so that’s wonderful.)

·        I accept paypal,  paypal, and paypal.  Your choice.

·        I DO NOT accept any other types of payment.  Paypal is safer for everyone, you and me as well.  If you have a bank account of credit card, you can use paypal.  It’s free for the buyer, so I see no reason to risk the headache of any other type of payment.

I apologize for the not-so fun part of doing business on eBay, but after being burned in the past, I need to put all restrictions out for all to see, in order to cover my own butt.  Thank you and good luck!
