UK customers

INTERNATIONAL Customers

Cheques or Postal Orders accepted from UK customers only

Sorry; We do NOT accept checks or money orders from international buyers ! (bank charges are too high)

We accept payments by PAYPAL; cheques or postal order only thank you.

Sorry’ we can only accept PAYPAL payment & some of our  items may be too heavy to send- Please check description.

Payment Conditions

Please contact us,immediately, if there is a problem with paying.

Payment to be received within 4 weeks of win or sale will be void; item relisted & negative feedback left.

Non paying customers will receive payment reminder after 1 week,

 & an Unpaid payment reminder dispute after 2 weeks.

VAT

We are a VAT registered company & VAT @ 17.5% is included in all our prices.

A VAT receipt is enclosed with all sales.

Customers  in the Channel Islands & outside the EC

V.A.T is deducted on the item price either before payment received or refunded via PAYPAL after payment made.

Shipping

 Costs include postage AND packing.

UK Customers

Items are usually dispatched via ROYAL MAIL within 2 working days.

Please allow 1-2 days for 1^st class

                      1-3 days for 2^nd class

    3-5 days for Royal Mail Parcels.

Europe Customers                     

Please allow 1-3 days for airmail; .2 -5 weeks for SURFACE MAIL.

Customers from  Rest of World

Please allow 3-5 days for airmail;  10-12 weeks for SURFACE MAIL

Late or non arrival of items

Please allow 15 days for delivery before informing us of non arrival.( The Royal Mail will not take responsibility until then.) Please can you also check at your local sorting Office or with neighbours before contacting us; as occasionally missing parcels have been known to be with them.

If items are returned to us due to ‘not called for’ we will only resend if further postal payment made.

Collection of items

You can collect from our Indoor Market Tool Stall in the Shambles Market; Market Place; Devizes; Wiltshire any day except Wednesday or our Indoor Market stall at The Castle Place, at Trowbridge; Monday to Saturday with at least 2 days notice to ensure items are available to collect.

Refund /Return Policy

We will replace or refund faulty goods, returned, to us.
