Lot 3 Pair Carters Just One Year Thermal Pajamas 5T EUC

For your consideration~

This is a lot with 3 pairs of thermal pajamas in boys size 5T.  They are all Just One Year by Carters and are 60% cotton and 40% polyester.  They are all tagless and are thermal/long underwear style.  All 3 pairs are used, but are in good to excellent condition.  There are no holes, tears, rips, or defects that cause the items to not be worn.  All of the items may have piling from washing and wear.  Individual details are below. 

The first pair is gray with an all-over football print.  The stitching is tight through both pieces, the navy blue ankle, neck, and wrist wringers are all intact and tight, pant elastic is tight.  No stains or marks. 

The second pair is light blue with brown stripes and brown accents.  The wrist, ankle, and neck ringers are tight; pant elastic is tight.  There are 2 yellowish/brown marks on the upper part of the backside.  The stitching to the bottom (waist) hem of the top is out. 

The third pair is light green with an all over dinosaur print.  Ringers and pant elastic are tight.  All the stitching is tight to this pair.  Brown mark on backside of upper right leg. 

These are great for layering pieces in fall and winter or sleeping on cold nights!  There is a lot of life left in these!

General Information
Clothing items that are in used condition have been laundered in my home. We use general scented products in the laundry. If you are highly sensitive to fragrances, please note that the item will have a laundry and fabric softener fragrance to them.
ALL ITEMS are from a clean, smoke free home unless I state that it has not been in my home long. We do however have one cat. Occasionally a stray hair slips past me and may be found by you in the packaging or on the item. He is an indoor cat and very clean, but a cat nonetheless.

Payment Information
I gladly combine shipping on any and all items. You have 7 days to pay for your items starting on the day that the first item ended. HOWEVER, if you are bidding on quite a lot and there is a one or two day window over the 7 – please contact me. I will gladly wait if contacted.
Payment is expected within 7 days of the auction ending. If you cannot pay within 7 days, please contact me to discuss the situation. After 7 days with no contact I will open an unpaid item dispute. I then wait for ebay to decide. If you pay before they end the dispute, I will send your item. If not, and final value fee is granted to me – you can expect an unpaid item strike from ebay and no feedback from me. If you then do not pay and do not bother to offer an explanation as to why – you are breaking your end of the agreement. Not only is it wrong, but it is rude as well.

Shipping Information
I ship out items within 3 days of the auction ending in most cases. Shipping costs are figured out using usps.com from my house to the furthest U.S. destination, continentally. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a little bit more. I offer a combined shipping rate – only $1.25 more for each item in the continental United States only. Depending on what it is, I may offer it to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please wait for an invoice as I will adjust the cost for you. If I can fit everything you buy in a flat rate box or envelope, I will and only charge you for that.

Please note the usps estimated shipping time and note that this is not the responsibility of the seller. Media mail is inexpensive (books, DVD’s, tapes, CD’s) but is VERY slow. It can take up to 3 weeks to arrive – with the detailed ratings system one of the questions is shipping time. Please remember what you paid for and how quickly the seller gets the item into the mail before you unjustly mark for the usps’s speed. If you are in a rush for your item, please choose priority mail shipping. There is always the option for that on my items.

Return Policy
I do my best to accurately describe and photograph all items, and I believe that my feedback speaks for itself in this case. I will accept return of an item if I have unjustly described an item.  New items can be returned as long as they are still in the new condition that they were shipped to you in.  In most cases flaws and the like are mentioned in the description. I will not take returns of knitting, sewing, crochet, or cross stitch patterns for obvious reasons.

I do realize that there is human error, and people eventually make mistakes. If you find that I have grossly misrepresented an item or made another error, please contact me and we will discuss it. I do not take responsibility for items that are described accurately that buyers did not take the time to read.  If there is a lot of 15 items listed as in good condition with 3 that are described as less than, it is up to the buyer to read the description.  Twelve excellent items with 3 less than make a good lot - please take the time to read the descriptions for EACH item in a group.  I do not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the mail that were not insured. I can prove that items were shipped through paypal and do not accept penalty for your lack of purchasing insurance. If you do purchase insurance and have an issue, I will pursue it to the fullest extent and reach a satisfactory conclusion.
