WWI 3rd Infantry Baseball Hockey Sports Photo album

A great post World War I photo album. The dates on the trophys are 1923.

Found album on estate clean out. The owner was a ships cook second class of the Navy. Discharged in Sept 1919 ( I have the enlistment record and discharge papers)-NOT going with the album

Onwer has put these photos in the sticky back style album. So all the photos are stuck down on the pages, could possibly peal off, but I didn't want to try for fear of ruining the photos.

Most of the photos are 5 x 7". Some are faded, looks like were in a different album, and removed to  this one. Most have creases, and soft corners.

One photo of a basketball team is water logged and very damaged.

Great pictures of Hockey, Baseball, High and Low Hurdles, track.

Also photo of headquarters barber shop, dinning room, and several of the marching band.

One photo titled: 18 mile walk in the hot sun. Soilders setting up camp, some with horses.

Two photos of the trophies and awards won by the 3rd Infantry.

One photo titled: Start of Cross country run October 25th 1922, 3rd Infantry, FT. Snelling, Minn.

Again, these are in the sticky style photo album. Needs care in removing the photos if desired. Have no idea if any information is written on the back of the photos-for I have not removed them.
