DEPT 56 " AMERICAN ARCHITECTURE SERIES" "GOTHIC FARMHOUSE" RETIRED AND DATED 1991 COMPLETE WITH BOX AND ORIGINAL TAG. MY WIFE PURCHASED THIS HOUSE NEW SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND DID NOT OPEN. THE ITEM IS IS IN NEW LIKE CONDITION BECAUSE THE HOUSE WAS STORED UNOPENED. I JUST RECENTLY OPENED THE BOX TO INSPECT THE HOUSE AND TAKE PICTURES OF IT FOR THIS AUCTION. THE HOUSE WAS THEN RE-WRAPPED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PLACED BACK IN THE BOX. THE HOUSE IS IN MINT CONDITION AND COMES FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME.IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME.
