Hello and THANKS for looking. I am in the process of selling the items from my Brother's Estate. He had a very wide selection of music. We do our very best to rate the items as accurately as possible.  His album collection spans many years.  In most cases the record is in perfect shape but, the jacket shows normal 30+ year shelfware. 

One other note worth mentioning is in MOST cases there is a small sticker in the upper left hand corner of the jacket.  This sticker was his method of organizing his music. 

See the table below for an explanation of my CONDITION grade.  I am taking the time to look at each of them very closely for scratches etcetera. If you are NOT satisfied with anything you purchase I will gladly accept your return.

CONDITION RATINGS:

NEW = NEW...same as you buy at the store.

LIKE NEW (MINT) = As good as new...without the wrapper.  In some cases it is new and sealed without the shrink wrap.

LIKE NEW = Nearly perfect, just a few very very small marks barely visible. Minimal wear on the jacket.

VERY GOOD = Some cosmetic wear, works perfectly.  Light wear on jacket.

GOOD = Normal wear but operates perfectly.

ACCEPTABLE = Heavy wear on either the album and or the jacket.  But, still works.
