Buyer pays for all shipping costs. See item description for S&H costs on UPS/USPS or palleting and/or crating fee on items shipped via motor or air freight. Insurance is included on items shipped via UPS. Motor freight quotes do not include insurance. If buyer desires to have his purchase insured, It is his responsibility to arrange insurance coverage with carrier.

Warranties/General Policy

Used equipment is purchased as is. You are buying a used piece of equipment. Some items may be refurbished ie: new paint, parts etc. Typically you will see some dents, scratches, stains, rust, missing parts, or other imperfections. Items we list have been partially cleaned. Additional cleaning may be necessary before use. Don't expect a spotless piece of equipment. There is no warranty (expressed or implied) on used equipment unless specifically stated in item description. We make every effort to adequately describe and photograph each item so that you are able to make an informed purchase decision. Warranty on new equipment is limited to any available manufacturers warranty only. Any returns must be on our approval only. Buyer pays shipping costs both ways. We assume no responsibility for items after they leave our premises. All items shipped via UPS are insured for the full purchase amount. We do not insure merchandise shipped via motor freight unless specifically requested by, and paid for by the buyer. Therefore all claims are between you and the shipping company. WE STRONGLY RECCOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE INSURANCE ON ITEMS SHIPPED VIA MOTOR FREIGHT.

Payment Terms

Payment for winning bid must be received NO LATER THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS after the auction close. Failure to receive payment in this timeframe will result in the auction being cancelled and a NON PAYING BIDDER ALERT being filed with ebay. Personal and business checks will delay shipment until they clear our bank. Please pay through our Vendio checkout process for fastest processing of your order.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping, crating/palleting or packing charges. Shipping charges will be determined by destination, chosen carrier,and type of service required for delivery. UPS ground is our default carrier for eligible mechandise under 150 lbs. Buyer is free to specify another carrier. Buyer may make all freight shipping arrangements with his own carrier/broker. We do not include insurance on our motor freight shipping quotes unless you specifically request it. If we schedule shipping, you must provide us with the following information: Destination address? Tele #? Commercial or residential delivery? Loading dock? If not, Is liftgate required for unloading? Commercial deliveries require a company name. Insurance desired? All freight sevices required by the buyer, but intentionally or unintentionally ommitted for inclusion in the shipping quote will be billed to the buyer. All items paid for but remaining on our premises after 30 days is deemed abandoned and becomes the property of S-N-G Equipment Sales.

SalesTax

Shipments to destinations in New Mexico or items picked up at our warehouse require 6.82% tax on total unless a re-sellers exempt certificate is forwarded to us prior to shipment or pickup.
