3 are Antique

This 8 piece wide variety set includes

2- Antique Flat nose plyers each with wire cutters.

1 Antique Slip handle plyers

1- Long Handled Nail puller

1- Fencing Plyers

1- Wire tension tightener

2 pieces Unknown

 The newest piece is approx 25 years old is (picture 2),and is still available today at your local farm store

The long handle nail pullers (picture 6) was not only used for fencing but also used when re shoeing the horses.

There are 2 pieces  that I do not know what they are. 1 appears to be cast iron and the other a stamped or pressed metal. (last 3 pictures)

If you are knowledgeable on older farm tools I would love to know what they are and how they were used.

My husband and I thought we would one day display all these in a large shadow box (since we both came from the farm) but have decided that we need to downsize our collections instead.

These all came from the farm where we grew up  and had been left in the back of the barn. The boys used these to help fence in 15 acres.

If you collect old farm tools, these will be a wonderful addition to your collection.

All pieces open and close freely.
