Back wheels move up and down-front wheels turn easily with sterring wheel-grader has height adjustment and turns but is tight

Listed in the 1956 Look Book as # 600-6

In very good condition-a couple rough areas on engine cover (see pic)-minor play scratches and missing black antennea
