This is an absolutely wonderful Christmas tree skirt. It is made by Pottery Barn Kids and is fine quality. The skirt is new without tags. It has the name "Russell" embroidered on it.  If this name doesn't work for you, you can always put it at the back of the tree and cover it with presents.  Although this skirt is new and unused, there is one panel in the skirt that appears slightly lighter than the other red velvet panels.  I am not sure why this is.  It isn't super noticeable but I wanted to mention it (see photo of skirt).  This will look beautiful in your home during the holidays!  PB says this about the skirt:
