The model will be shipped out to the buyer via airmail package packed inside its protective foam shaped exo-shell and then inside a cardboard box. If needed, extra protection can be arranged at buyer's cost and request only. We inspect all planes and take a picture of them before dispatch as proof it was dispatched in good shape. Any lost or damage during the postal process are not our responsiblity. We offer our assistance to place postal claim but do not guarantee full compensation nor processing speed from the postal agency. As all Precision Models were finished by mastercraftsman by hand, we could not guarantee machined perfection or product free from minor defects. Should needed, any returns should be on buyer's expense back to the warehouse of dispatch in Japan/Asia. Please note, all shipment will ship from Japan/Asia and do require time to get to our worldwide destinations. Normal transit is 7-9 business days but sometimes it might take up to 3-4 weeks.
