All video games I sell are NTSC Version (National Television Systems Committee). 

Please make sure that your gaming console & television support NTSC as I will not offer a refund if you purchase the wrong version by mistake.

PAYMENT:

·          PayPal is the only method of payment I accept. 

·          Please make your payment within 7 days of auction closing. 

·          If more time is needed to make a payment, please submit a request to me via email.  

·          Insurance is usually available (except for First Class International orders).

SHIPPING:

·          I always ship within 1 Business day of receiving cleared PayPal payment (usually the same day if payment is made before 2 PM CST).  If this is not the case, I will contact you via email to explain and offer you a partial shipping refund (if applicable).

·          For US customers: Delivery confirmation and tracking are included with every item at no extra charge.

·          I will combine shipping prices, feel free to ask me before purchasing.

·          Feel confident knowing that your item will be professionally packaged.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

·          Seller is not responsible for any customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other fees associated with your purchase crossing International Borders. 

·          Seller is also not responsible for items held up in customs.

RETURNS:

·          Most items I sell are new, unused items and are not eligible for returns.

·          I thoroughly inspect & test all used items I sell and will only accept returns in extreme conditions.  Example: If I sell a product that is D.O.A., I will offer a full refund and pay for return shipping.  However, if upon receiving the returned item I find that it is as described and working, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be subtracted and shipping charges will not be refunded.

·          In the rare event that an item needs to be returned for any other reason, shipping charges will not be refunded and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping
