You have to contact us via email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning the item.  Write the RMA number on the original invoice, on the top and sides of the shipping box (not the product box) and ship it back to the warehouse.  Return shipments without an RMA will be refused and charged $10 for return shipping.  All returns must be shipped prepaid.  Returned products must be in brand new condition, complete in the original packaging.  If the product is not in resellable condition, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. No returns accepted for any reason beyond the 14 days after the purchase date.  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
