No P.O Box Shipping for larger items 12x12 inch box or more then a 5 pounds. If requested, we can arrange shipping to suit your needs but contact me first.
Sometimes the eBay tracking system doesn't work correctly for a few days after your item has shipped. Any concerns please contact me. Shipping can be combined if possible within 5 days of your 1st purchase, just contact me to let us know of your intentions after your first purchase.
Orders are shipped Mon-Fri by UPS or USPS at my discretion depending on the weight and size restrictions and includes tracking. Additional Insurance can be purchased if requested before payment is made. At times, depending on the size of the package and the State you live, on a rare occasion I may have it shipped from one of our Hydrofarm warehouses across the United States to get it to you faster! If our Hydrofarm warehouse ships it for us, it will show Hydrofarm on the shipping label. If this is a concern, contact me before I ship. The package will have our Business name "Broponics" in small letters on the shipping label if shipped from our PA location - 99% of all orders ship directly from Broponics of PA..
I send a shipping confirmation to your email address on file with Paypal and include your Tracking number under your purchase in My eBay. You will also receive a message on eBay with a shipping confirmation and how to track your package.

Returns on items that have NOT been opened or used must be returned to broponics within 7 days of the date you received the item in the same packaging as used to ship it to you. There is a 20% restocking fee based on your purchase price, so make sure you want the item before your purchase due to the time to process returns.
Refund process will take 1-4 business days. Shipping is not refundable.
If you are returning a product for any reason including warranty repair, you are responsible for all shipping and tracking cost to me, not refundable.
All returned products MUST be authorized by Broponics, you must contact me for a Return Authorization number before you ship the returned item. Once your product reaches me, I will either repair the product or issue you a new item at my technicians recommendations, usual turn around is 10-17 days after I receive the item to get the item back to you. If you have any questions, I'll be glad to help and make it as easy as possible for you.
Problems, mixups or concerns happen, if you allow me to address the problem, you will find my customer service is friendly and here to help your needs!
