This item ships via UPS / FedEx Ground, shipping insurance is included. Shipping to AK, HI or PR will be via USPS Parcel Post for $6.00 more. Please note that this item can not be shipped to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. Your order will ship within 2 business days of confirmed payment. If you pay by Paypal's eCheck, please allow 3 ~ 5 business days for you payment to clear Paypal. Once your eCheck clears, your order will ship. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 business day, so that we may contact the shipping company and resolve the issue.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped. If you do not receive our tracking information, please check your email's SPAM settings. You could also email us to request tracking information 3 days after your payment.

Terms & Condition

100% Refund / Return Policy : You have 14 days from the day you receipt the item for a complete refund of your purchase price, less shipping charges. Please submit your problem or question to us and we will issue you a RMA number. The item must be returned to us in the same condition that was received, including shipping carton and original packaging materials. Any item returned back to us without RMA number will be refused and/or returned back to you at your cost. Shipping cost is not refundable and buyer shall pay for return shipping back to us. Refund will be credited back to you based on your payment method within 3 business days of receipt of returned item.
