Russian-made electric fencing foil purchased in Germany from Allstar (2001).

It has not been used much and is in very good condition. There is some scuffing, but the foil is essentially new. I haven't used the foil in several years, but the tip still clicks and it functioned fine last time I used it.

The pistol grip is for a fairly large hand (not sure what size).

Comparable foils on the Allstar website sell for over $100.
