These banks are truly unique and beautiful. 

A perfect conversation piece! 

Each bank is handmade and unique – no two are the same.  They begin life as cedar logs which are stripped, sawed and shaped into its final form.  The bank doors are old solid brass Post Office boxes from South Texas -- all are 40 or more years old (casting date is on each door).  In making a bank, each door is disassembled, cleaned, reassembled and lubricated for smooth action.  The door combination is included with each bank.  The coin slot is machined in-house from 2” solid brass bar stock – slot will accept all coins, including the silver dollar.  The finished product is shot with polyurethane for appearance and durability.
