OLD MEISTER BRAU LG HANGING LIGHT UP CLOCK & SIGN

 This old sign is a light up clock & sign that is supposed to rotate (I think). It measures 30" x 20 3/4" x 10". Both sides have plastic bubble covers that need to be cleaned but I think are tinted a dark color anyway. There are a few scratches on the bubble covers but nothing major. The sign is in ok condition. Needs a cleaning ( I just wiped it off) and is being sold as is. The light doesn't work and it doesn't rotate or have power. The clock part hands move when adjusted with knob, so I think the clock would be working if power was restored. The parts are all there and put together, but it needs someone who can do repair. I've taken a picture of the inside, its seem simple but is beyond me, so I will let the new owner do these things.  THERE IS NO RESERVE!!  Pay Pal is the accepted form of payment.
