This is an all weather "Rite in the Rain" field book. It is used by the US military. Made from a very durable and water resistant paper that will hold the ink under almost any conditions. The pages are perferated and lined with the back pages of the book being printed with quick reference military guides for tactical mission graphics, sector sketch prep, range card prep, troop leading procedures, first aid guide, NBC report, call for fire, nine line medivac and many others. This is a very hand thing to have on you in the field, and if you have ever had problems keeping your notes safe from water and other parts of mother nature then this thing is for you.
